Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hill House Home pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
